They have GF crust that isn’t on the menu. They could make any pizza gf except those with meatballs. The server was knowledgeable and told me they prep in a separate area of the kitchen and that she even had one of the pizza makers who hadn’t handled any dough yet make my pizza just to be safe. It was pretty slow when there were there but she showed me when she put in the note for an allergy and to use fresh toppings. Felt very safe! It was a great thin crust!
