Wheat Allergy

Only 3 stars because the coffee wasn’t worth drinking. Food was good, plenty of wheat-free options. My wife (wheat allergy) felt fine after having omelet and seasoned breakfast potatoes. Casual setting.

Small business that does not advertise gluten free, but they do gluten free right (separate prep area, clean gloves, etc). Great place for all of the celiac people traveling to the area!! They also don’t charge extra for gluten free. Would never have known about this place or that they do gluten free without this app!

Local place near a fire station. Staff was knowledgeable. Good food. Bring your own silverware to have less of an environmental impact.

I asked about their gf bread options and the answer was, “I will even show you the bag it comes in to check ingredients for you” and the cook was very knowledgeable about options.

The staff were great and the food good value, simple and tasty. Ordered gluten free toast, immediately asked if it was because of an allergy, which helped me feel less stressed. Sadly, weren’t able to serve me home fries due to cross contamination, but such is life. All in all, great for a quick bite in a friendly cafe setting.

Came here twice while on vacation and the workers were very knowledgeable about celiac. They have gluten free bread in the freezer that they take and heat up in the microwave separate from regular bread. They cleaned the grill both times even though no bread goes on the grill and they switched their gloves as well. I got a bacon egg and cheese on gluten free bread.

The staff has gluten free bread, and if you let them know it’s celiac or severe allergy, they’ll use new gloves, clean knives, won’t toast the bread (will microwave instead), etc. really awesome job! They also remember you pretty quickly!

Great place for breakfast in the financial district. The owner is so helpful and very accommodating. No gluten free bread items, but omelettes, meats, home fries and fruit make a great breakfast! The grill is dedicated to foods not containing wheat or milk.
