Fantastic shaved ice! Our GF diner had a variety of flavors over our stay. Our non-GF diner tried the sugar free….tasty.

Excellent shave ice on the Big Island! The pineapple dole whip was delicious. Pretty much all the syrup flavors are gluten free.

Dole whip is gluten free and dairy free. If you like pineapple I highly recommend. Snow cones/shaved ice are fine. Exercise caution with the ice cream. If it has stuff in it like cookies I recommend avoiding. Staff have varying knowledge of gluten free

I went in the evening, there were two girls working they didn’t know what I meant by gluten free, then said they had some flavors that were “all natural” so maybe they were gluten free? I was disappointed because I really wanted shave ice but I settled for a Dole pineapple soft serve that said gluten free, dairy free on the Dole sign. I got it in a cup so I don’t expect that there would be any cc just from the machine to the cup. The soft serve was really good, exactly what you would expect a ripe frosty pineapple to taste like as a treat.

Shave ice with Dole soft serve pineapple (labeled gluten free). Some ice creams are gf, staff knows which ones have gluten. Shave ice is delicious, just sugar and the fruit flavor, no barley malt or anything.
