How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Below Average

I had the lettuce wraps with stir-fried vegetables (I can tolerate soy sauce). Added the salmon, it was excellent. I found out that salmon can be added to any entree. The Swedish meatballs are gluten free but do contain dairy. No gluten-free and dairy free dessert options so I had a gingerbread latte with soy milk.

— Excellent

Very limited gluten free selection. A couple salads, one entree and a few deserts. It’s disappointing how limited the options were but the Swedish meatballs (only gluten free entree) were excellent! I really enjoyed them and had no reaction afterwards. Wish they had more options because the food was amazing! My non gluten free husband loved his meal as well.

I called ahead and talked to staff who assured me all food was made to order and they were happy to accomodate GF with GF standards. This is incorrect. There is not a separate GF menu. However there is one item denoted as GF on dinner menu, Sweedish Meatballs, which were extremely intense in flavor and quantity. They said the only other entree they could do GF was Pork Ossso Bucco. The meat was tasty and tender but the succatash was too much in flavor and quantity. Please note, we are not the stereotypical "Minnesota bland" diners which is why we're surprised at our reaction to the food. For lunch a Champagne Vinegrete and a beet salad was noted as GF. When i asked about the cornmeal dusted walleye the chef said cornmeal was not GF but the walleye could be pan-fried in butter.

The Cubano Mojo was the closest to what I had once in key Biscayne, Miami before I was gluten free. So interesting is it has fried oregano on it as well. Sweet potato fries for gluten-free as was the salad dressing on the salad. Excellent service. Ample covid precautions.
