Delicious! I love their gluten-free bread. Their sandwiches are delicious. I have never gotten sick.

My name is Wendie and I am a celiac recently the last few trips to Schlotzsky’s I have not been good for me a new guy made my sandwich and another sandwich at the same time and then he continues to put new gloves over his contaminated ones instead of changing them got sick a few weeks ago and my stomach wasn’t right for about a week and a half now I just don’t trust the place

Staff knows to do glove changes for GF. And the bread is great! They will do sandwiches or GF pizza . a little more training for staff would be good. I saw them use contaminated gloves to get the apple slices out of the bin and I mentioned it and the manager said he would go over it with them

The udi's bun on a warm sandwich like the pastrami reuben is delish! Highly recommend.

Now offering sandwiches with Udis buns! Waitress was very familiar with allergies and what allergens were on what ingredients. was also very washer to find out the information she did not know, by asking a coworker and/or checking the ingredients herself, plus she insisted on making my meal herself to make extra sure there was no cross-contamination.

Very good GF bread. When receiving the sandwich, they always have the GF one wrapped in an extra layer of paper. This makes me feel safer with eating out here. Always fresh and yummy! Sometimes nervous with contamination though

Ordered a Turkey sandwich on gluten free bread for delivery. Delivery was timely. The sandwich was overflowing with meat and the bread was delicious. There is a warning when ordering that there may be cross contamination.

Must be under new management now. Very knowledgable and gluten free buns were delicious.

I ordered the original sandwich on a gluten free(udis) bun. There are several gluten free chip options. Everything was great, and I felt great afterwards. 👍
