Review of Schlotzsky's

They are able to make anything GF, including breakfast items. They have dedicated GF ingredients and kitchen space. They also use disposable foils for all food prep as to not cross contaminate with other foods in their ovens. They even had GF dipping sauce (soup) for their sandwiches. Great place in the middle of nowhere!
