I have other allergies so I left off other items like tomatoes & mayo. I was asked why and she actually wrote allergies on my receipt. The avocado turkey was good. There was no one at the front when I arrived. Then, my sandwich was given out at the drive thru. I had to wait for it to be remade, but as they weren't too busy it wasn't too long of a wait.
I don't know about cross-contamination.

Very good GF bread. When receiving the sandwich, they always have the GF one wrapped in an extra layer of paper. This makes me feel safer with eating out here. Always fresh and yummy! Sometimes nervous with contamination though

Ordered a Turkey sandwich on gluten free bread for delivery. Delivery was timely. The sandwich was overflowing with meat and the bread was delicious. There is a warning when ordering that there may be cross contamination.

I ordered the original sandwich on a gluten free(udis) bun. There are several gluten free chip options. Everything was great, and I felt great afterwards. 👍
