Zero - there are no safety protocols. They treat GF choices like any other order
They advertise UDI’s buns. Do nah available for all sandwiches, and falsely advertise all Udi buns shown on their menu because they only have actually one size and type - a tiny hamburger bun. You are not only ripped off from getting the usual 7” sandwich down to a 4 inch slider sized bun, but you are paying EXTRA for the opportunity. And to top it off getting glutened
Got sick about 20 min after eating a GF French dip and crouton-less salad. Celiac here, I know the difference and I was definitely massively gluttened

We ordered the gf pepperoni pizza and they said it's cooked in a separate pan. It was my 1st time trying their pizza and it was delicious!
They served me regular garlic bread when I asked for gf. They also gave my bf a gf bun when he asked for regular. I get sick here every time. They don’t seem to care about customers. Always rude or a long wait or just mess up the order.

Very good GF bread. When receiving the sandwich, they always have the GF one wrapped in an extra layer of paper. This makes me feel safer with eating out here. Always fresh and yummy! Sometimes nervous with contamination though

Ordered a Turkey sandwich on gluten free bread for delivery. Delivery was timely. The sandwich was overflowing with meat and the bread was delicious. There is a warning when ordering that there may be cross contamination.
