Review of Schnitzelei Mitte

the food is amazing! Our waiter was super nice and knowledgeable. I got the cordon bleu and they made it gluten free for me. the fried potatoes were the best i’ve ever had, even better than cheesy american diners! i also got the toblerone mouse for dessert and that was amazing as well. When i first told the waiter i was celiac he didn’t really understand just because he doesn’t know the german word for celiac but i quickly explained and he knew exactly what it was so don’t give up right away if they don’t respond correctly right away. It’s been like that in munich and berlin so you just have to explain better and then they will know what you are saying. i would reccomend getting celiac cards in the german language like i do.
