Probably for legal reasons they write in the menu that they can't take responsability for possible cross-contamination. BUT the gf food is prepared in a seperate corner in the kitchen with seperate pans and utensils. We had gf schnitzel and gf cordon blue, both tasty and satisfying. The fried potatoes were a bit too crispy but of course also gf. The staff was very nice and attentive. I can recommend eating here.

We had gluten free tapas and gluten free schnitzel, the original schnitzel. The people were very friendly and well informed. I liked it a lot!

I ordered a glutenfree schnitzel and a glutenfree beer. Their menu shows which dishes can be made in a glutenfree version. The food was amazing and the atmosphere was great. And they even have glutenfree non-alcoholic beer here.
