The lady was super nice even with the language barrier she was able to point out gluten free items for me

This is a non-dedicated bakery with a beautiful case full of rolls, pastries, etc. The woman working said she didn't speak English, but I knew enough German to get my point across: "Was haben Sie gluten-frei", and she offered me a loaf of bread, a pastry, or a sandwich. I'd say that cross-contamination risk is fairly high, as they were displayed with traditional products, but my pastry was good, and my family members were happy to grab something there for a breakfast on the go for the next day.
