I want to make it clear that I would probably rate this a 4/5 on safety but it is a crime that it is rated this low so my rating is meant to up the average. My wife is celiac and we have eaten countless times with no issues ever. It is our go-to gf spot in LaCrosse. It is safe and good gluten-free good.

Got a sandwich with gluten-free bread, but they toasted it and I have to believe that they used the same toaster as they did with everything else which made me question every breadcrumb.

You can substitute gluten free bread on any sandwich or have any sandwich made into a salad. The gluten free bread was so good!
Is today also had a gluten free Moscow Mule in a can that was really delicious.

They can make any sandwich into a salad to make it gluten free. They also have gluten free bread, but the chef mentioned there is a risk of cross contamination with the bread. Overall the chef, Patrick, was very knowledgeable and took time to make an amazing salad, and took great precautions in avoiding cross contamination since I have celiac. I am unsure if the other chefs would take such good care when making the food.
