I ordered the pollo pesto caprese, swapped the rice for roasted vegetables at the suggestion of the owner, as I'm also diabetic. Spoke to a girl on the phone that was pleasant and willing to listen to my needs although it was 5:30, and clearly super busy on a Saturday night. I'm incredibly allergic, so I waited until today to see if there were any I'll effects, and I'm happy to say they delivered on being safe. Will eat here again for sure.

They have a gf menu. Not very knowledgeable on gf.

They do have some options. The gf pasta was not my favorite. The waitstaff was rude and didn’t really care to accommodate for celiac. I won’t return.
