They have a sheet printed on the table of all the gluten free flavors and toppings. Unfortunately, none of the fun flavors are available gf. I tried the dairy free vanilla and it had a weird taste. They did wipe down everything when I told them I’m gluten free. They also had gluten free brownies and cookies but I don’t know if they’re baked separately from the others.

Scoop DeVille has three mix in machines, one is specifically used for only gluten free/vegan ice cream! They change their gloves at any chance and are very knowledgeable on their products and services offered

We were excited to try this place because they have an extensive gluten-free menu. I started to worry when I saw golden grahams cereal marked as gluten-free. There were only two people working, handling everyone in the store and delivery orders. They were clearly overwhelmed and overworked. When I told the woman we are gluten-free, she just stared at me. I asked if they are able to wash down the blender, since this is a mix-in ice cream place. She threw down her notepad & rolled her eyes but she did go wash (or at least rinse) it in the back. She scooped the ice cream from an already open container, so I’m sure it was contaminated. The toppings are in bins and they use the same spoon for multiple items. So absolutely not safe for celiac. With such an extensive GF menu, I was surprised & disappointed.
