The scoops truck is located right beside the aquarium. The entire family enjoyed the “infused” soft serve and my Celiac kids didn’t get sick.

Owner is very knowledgeable about celiac and offers a variety of ice cream, floats and shaved ice gluten free! A must stop when in Branson!

I was lax and didn't actually bring up celiac and the need for GF here. I did an inventory of the flavors and went based on the least scooped (butter pecan) and the farthest away from obviously gluten containing flavors, along with knowing that butter pecan is generally safe. I requested a clean scoop, but as we were there right before closing and I was tired of explaining my GF needs and just tired in general, I went no farther than that. The girl was super sweet, washed the scoop thoroughly, made sure her gloves were changed before handling my ice cream. I did not get sick and the ice cream was delicious! I'd go back and be more thorough in the future in my explanation and requests to give a better review of celiac friendly.
