They don’t have a GF menu but as with many Mexican / Southwest restaurants there are GF selections and substitutions can be made. The food and service are consistently very good. I have HP and react very quickly if I experience cross-contamination and I have never had an issue here.

— Excellent

They don’t have a separate menu, but the bar tender told us all of the gluten free options. They don’t have a separate fryer so there is the cross contamination risk with anything deep fried. They were able to do most things pan fried so this was not an issue.

Have eaten here many times, food is amazing , gluten free menu, if server doesn't know the answer they will ask kitchen. Never any issues.

Gluten free menu if you request it. Food is fantastic and staff is very knowledgeable. Don’t know about dedicated fries so cannot say if it’s celiac friendly.
