Review of Scotchie's Custom Cakes

I recently ordered a GF carrot cake and needless to say. It was delicious. My son has Celiac and the owner, was very attentive to this and re-assured me that in 6 yrs they have never had an issue. The cake was so moist and had no funny aftertaste. Honestly, one could not tell it was 100% Gluten Free. The cake was able to be customized to my needs and it was a hit for his 13th birthday and he felt so special that he could dive right in without asking any questions. 24hrs post birthday celebration… no malaise, no stomach pain, no nada….Not to mention they even gave me 4 mini GF cupcakes for a “just because” treat and they were wonderful as well. Scotchie’s Cake passed the Celiac Test.
