Screaming Yak

Server was knowledgeable about food prep and cross contamination. Owner/head cook came out to check on whether or not I could have certain seasonings. I ordered the steak salad with my steak cooked in it's own pan. No reaction to the food or my drink, so all prep must have been done with care and cleanliness.
