Sushi isn't usually my go to, but my girlfriend loved it. The menu is very clear about gluten and the staff was really nice. It's a small place, so be aware there could be a wait!

Brand New place. They provided a Gluten Free menu. I ordered Miso soup. Blue Real Crab roll and Sunset roll. Quaint small place but the Sushi was so good. They do carry Gluten Free Soya Sauce and both waiters were knowledgeable.
