Hot pot place where you cook your own food in a broth. The nice thing is you get your own pot to cook, so everyone else can have gluten. I asked when I got there if they have gluten free broth and she said #3, 6, and 7. Maybe double check but I got the Healthy Herb Soup. I didn’t get any of the sauces and the meat/veggies are plain so no gluten. It was fun to cook yourself and it’s all you can get. Highly recommend.
