I went for coffee and a breakfast sandwich. They understand celiac and while they said they can't guarantee a lack of cross contamination, they would take care to try to avoid it. They made my sandwich first in our group and cooked it on the panini press between parchment. It was yummy and I didn't have a reaction. I really appreciated a reasonably priced on the go option with staff that made me feel confident they understood my need.

They have gluten free bread and are careful about cross contamination if you explain it to them. They do not have a dedicated toaster.

We had read reviews and thought to try it for breakfast. They do have gluten free bread but they put it on the same automated toaster and same panini press as gluten food. We asked if the could press it between parchment. They did but it did not crisp up. Better soggy and warm than contaminated.
