Seasons Coal Fired Bistro

I was so excited to try this restaurant because of the Gluten Free pasta dishes they serve. Well my penne pasta was under cooked & impossible to consume. The waitress was very helpful & saw it couldn’t even be pierced with the fork. They offered to remake it but I wasn’t about to have my family & friends wait on another meal just for me. They were nice enough to take it off our bill. Everyone else was pleased with their non-gluten free meals

I had dinner last night with my family. The waitress went above and beyond to make sure the chef knew I had an allergy and to take extra precautions. I had some mussels and a gluten free margarita pizza and had no issues with either. I do have to say that I strayed away from the pasta based on the other review, but I felt comfortable with what I ordered!

I wanted to warn others NOT to go here. They have gluten free pasta and pizza, BUT they are clueless about food safety. I got my GF penne pasta with at least a ¼ cup of regular spaghetti mixed in with the dish. I called the waitress over and she said "oh yeah they use the same strainers and just didn't rinse it well so some pasta was still stuck on it."

I got a salad instead and instructed them to clean the mixing bowl and utensils so there were no croutons or crumbs in with my salad. I ended up taking it home to eat instead of there as my stomach was in knots from anxiety. The other person I was with liked her meal, but she does not have any food allergies or sensitivities to deal with. I did not get sick from the salad.
