Almost the entire menu contains soy which celiacs can't have. They don't offer gluten free soy or tamari. Out of their gigantic menu, they have 4 things that are for definitely gluten free - sushi rolls. The ingredients list is kinda useless because it doesn't say what each dish is made of. The menu does state that a list of items that contain soy is available on request but this place doesn't have that list. I wouldn't take any chances by eating here. They said that everything is cooked with soy.
