They had the largest selection of gluten-free backed goods I have ever seen. They had cookies, muffins, scones, cake, hand pies, etc. in various flavors. They could also make a breakfast sandwich for you but I think the bread for the sandwich is just toasted gluten-free multi-grain sliced bread (like you can get at the store). All the pastries are freshly baked. I bought 5 different things (I didn't eat everything at once) because I couldn't make up my mind and everything was delicious. The prices range from $2.50 for a Nutter Butter cookie (amazing taste) to $10.50 for the Apple Handpie (which I warmed in my toaster oven the next day, also delicious). Most things are large and fairly priced considering that they are gluten-free. I can't attest to the safety in the baking process, but they packaged all my items separately. Everything was spaced well away from the regular bakery items but some were in the same large bakery display case as regular baked items. The staff was very friendly but I didn't ask a lot of questions about the process so I can't comment on their knowledge of the baking process. Don't let the outside appearance deter you, the inside is clean, bright, open and inviting. I would definitely recommend this place.
