I am celiac and eat at the Elm Street Gorham location frequently. GF options marked on menu, gf buns available. I’ve never had any issues. There is not a GF fryer.

No gluten free menu. No GF options listed on the regular menu. The server really tried to accommodate but had to go back and ask the kitchen lots of questions. I was offered a salad with grilled meats with 3 options of vinegar based dressings. Was served cous cous on my salad and had to send it back. They do not have a dedicated fryer. Was told that this place had gluten free options which is why we went. Was disappointed. Also nothing for my vegan daughter in-law to eat:

The new Gorham location is not celiac friendly whatsoever. However, the old port location has many GF items and safe for celiacs😁
No
They have many options on the menu that are gluten-free and very tasty too I might add. I’d recommend the Aztec chicken! Please be sure to mention your condition to the wait staff because I have ordered the same dish many times without issues and the one time I didn’t tell the waitress I was celiac I had a reaction - my bad.

We have never had issues here. They are knowledgeable and both my kids have never had a reaction here. They love the baked chicken fingers!

The bartender really knows the celiac thing. I felt pretty safe ordering.

Knowledgeable staff. Lettuce wrapped burgers are amazing. I've never felt like I got "glutened" after eating here. Amazing GF ravioli! There are more gf choices here than most places around.

Very little gluten-free fryer is not gluten-free so fries and chips are not gluten-free. Menu does not say they have gluten-free pizza even though website says they do. Menu had date of 4/25 we went on end of July website was updated only 2 items gluten-free.

A few gf items, not a horrible selection. I got the bowl and told them about cross contamination for me but ended up being glutened. Not happy about it right now.

Limited options but staff was very well versed when discussing allergies. They were able to adjust my meal to accommodate me.

Very disappointed in the menu. You can have salad, hamburgers (but no gluten free bun listed). They have an $18 flatbread. No dedicated fryer. If you’re used to being disappointed by gluten free restaurants that aren’t really celiac safe, this is just another in the long line. The do have a peanut butter dessert that is naturally gf, though, so there’s that.

It was pretty good depending on what you like. I had a flatbread, they told me they cook it in a separate oven on GF specific pans and use cornmeal on the bottom to prevent sticking and such. No separate fryers (always a bummer lol) but there are a decent amount of very safe choices.
