Gluten free fryer. Nothing with flour/wheat goes in it. Truffle fries are incredible. Asked about the pasta Due to a negative review a couple years ago, they make all their regular pasta in the morning, it takes a little bit longer for gluten-free pasta but it is absolutely made in a fresh pot. Can’t wait to try the chicken fettuccine Alfredo and the Devil’s Pass dish. Both my daughter and I have celiac disease, and we have never had an issue when dining here.
