Great find!! I have had food from here 5 times in the last month, carry out and dining in. I used my Nima Partners Sensor to test for gluten and isn’t been fully GF! I have had the Alpine Chicken Sandwich and the Crispy Chicken Sandwich, with regular fries. Both sandwiches are delicious and the gf buns are way better than udi’s. The owner and waitstaff have been excellent to work with! I have celiac and I’m very reactive. So happy to have found STH, Norwalk. My no gf friends have really enjoyed their food as well.

I had the crab flatbread gluten free and the nachos gluten free! 5/5 stars! Both were delicious and I would highly recommend both to anyone with celiacs! No changes had to be made. Both came as advertised on the menu too! I actually felt “normal”!

Has the most amazing Crispy Chicken Sandwich!!!’ Crispy chicken breast coated in a hot honey glaze, romaine, pickles, ranch, toasted potato bun. Choice of side. GFO Tasted even better than a Chik-Fil-A sandwich. Almost cried it was so good!

We’ve been here a couple times and are blown away by the GF selection - it’s probably 75% of the menu. We have three tiny kids and the entire children’s menu is offered as gluten free.

They take food allergies very seriously. There are quite a few GF options on the menu. They have a designated fryer. They serve GF Barilla pasta. They even have GF desserts!! The food was delicious!! I highly recommend.

Crab cakes!!! I can't remember the last time I've had crab cakes! Menu clearly marked with a diverse selection. Great find!

The menu is loaded with options. My wife has dairy, soy and gluten allergies. They went and checked with the chef and made sure all was good. Good was amazing as well. Wish there was one closer to us.

Amazing gluten free restaurant!! So many options I was in shock. We went back 6 times on my vacation because it was so easy!! Our waiter Angel double checked everything!!

Absolutely fantastic! Out of the 14 years of celiac-ness, this is one of my faves! (Try the Chuckawalla Chicken)

Celiac friendly?

I eat at Sedona in Norwalk on a regular basis and have never gotten sick!! I am celiac and extremely sensitive (but usually tell wait staff that I have a severe gluten allergy because they understand that more). The flatbreads are amazing and I love their salads. The gluten free bread is to die for when it is fresh. They don’t automatically bring it any more so make sure you ask for some!

While the menu offers a large number of gluten free items, as well as many that are optionally gluten free, neither the service staff nor the kitchen appeared to be familiar with Celiac's disease. A Caesar salad was ordered gluten free, yet came with croutons and a roll. The replacement salad, which the server said was made fresh, still had gluten-bearing croutons. While neither of the Celiac diners in our party had an side effects from our dinner, we would be very cautious about eating at Sedona Taphouse again.

Very friendly menu with Gluten free labeled clearly. Some choices could be made GF if you ask. Server named Chris was VERY knowledgeable and knew the importance of the food to be gluten free and once I finished ordering he tagged the order from cross contamination also which I really appreciate

So many GF options on the menu! I had a gf fried chicken sandwich, fries and the artichoke and crab dip. Both were delicious and safely marked when served. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. It was so refreshing to be able to order off the menu and not feel like a problem.

What an excellent experience! The server was very knowledgeable about Celiac protocols and cross contamination. My husband and I split two salads and both were amazing. It felt like a fancy dining experience with better prices.
