Delicious gluten free pizza. Also, vegan cheese!! The crust was flavorful. There’s a GF menu.

Pizza was not cooked. Raw dough sandwiched between cheese and floppy crust. The cheese reminded me if what I remember of bowling alley pizza and the sauce id very Chef Boyardee. 14” gf thin herbed crust. I feel sick now, but not glutened. Mushrooms and olives were really good.
Ordered a gf pizza and other glutenous food to go. The Chicago-style pizza and chicken fingers were reportedly really good. If the fam wants dinner there again, I’ll try salad.
I’m a transplant. I do usually rate pizza as “good for CA,” “not good,” or “you can’t tell it’s from CA.” The crust wasn’t cooked though, so it’s not a CA thing.

We found this place because the only other place in the app in this immediate area is permanently closed. We were surprised to see that they had gluten free pizza since it wasn’t listed. The pasta place across the breezeway has GF options on their menu as well. This restaurant knew which precautions to take. I started explaining they needed to change gloves, use a clean cutter, etc. and I could tell the staff knew exactly what I was talking about which made me feel comfortable. Before seating us, the hostess told the kitchen we had a person with celiac. When the pizza arrived, it had been cooked on a pan covered in foil to protect it. My son loved his pizza. The atmosphere is great as well. It’s worth noting that they weren’t too busy when we arrived. I’m always more comfortable ordering GF food when I feel like the staff isn’t overwhelmed. It’s not a dedicated restaurant so be sure to ask questions that make you feel comfortable if you choose to eat here.
