i actually worked at selmas for a long time. and was diagnosed with celiac after i stopped working there. i have tried to eat their multiple times because i do love the food so much. but every time i have gotten sick most likely due to some type of cross contamination

Half way through my gluten free Alfredo, I found non gf spaghetti noodles. I got extremely sick.

So good. Awesome pizza and salads. I am super sensitive to gluten, and I've never gotten sick. We eat here often.
Yes
We ordered gluten free penne and had regular spaghetti mixed in accidentally which indicates that they do not separately cook gluten free in separate water from gluten pasta like regular pasta. We called the restaurant and they apologized and stated that “it happens.” Definitely not the place to go if you have Celiac!!!
The “gluten free pasta” had regular pasta mixed in with it making my wife with celiac potentially poisoned now.

Their gluten free options are all delicious but they don't know anything about contamination. Every time I go there I get bad headaches and stomachaches because of the food.
