We ate there twice on a recent trip and thoroughly enjoyed the food. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
We contacted the manager before we arrived and were told that they have a separate prep area, utensils, woks, grill, and storage area for GF food. 95% of ingredients are GF and have different colour coded labels from the gluten containing foods. They stated that the staff are trained to serve celiac level gluten-free customers.
