This place was awesome! You can have most of the arepas, I got the Mexicana arepa and had no problems.

Only issue I had was I ordered a drink called las roques (I think) and it came out with a suspicious rim that ended up being cookie. Thankfully our server caught it in time and they made me a new one without the rim!

I didn’t get sick so I will definitely be going back!

This place is fantastic! I spoke with a manager and a chef. Unfortunately the fried items are cross contaminated so stay away from the arepita and cachapita sampler and the fried sides. You can have the boiled yucca with chimmichurri, rice, both beans, and a couple others. All of the full size arepas and cachapas are gluten free except for the veggie arepa and the fried pork belly cachapa. The full size arepas and cachapas are not fried. The food is phenomenal and the staff was extremely kind and happy to help me figure out what to eat! All of the sauces are gluten free as well.

Cannot believe how good all the food was!! Huge variety of Arepa’s to choose from and the pancake trio was exceptionally good. Atmosphere is fun and they have a really cool patio.

This place is my favorite restaurant! Cachapas and arepas are both gf. I get the pork and it is to DIE for!!!!! I’ve never gotten sick here and the food is delicious
