This place is unfortunately NOT a dedicated gluten free establishment. First, it is a cafe, not a bakery. Second, not everything is GF. I went in expecting a bakery, and the large sign in the windows proclaiming "Gluten Free" in English made me feel safe, but they only had a jar of croissants on the counter, so I ordered one. In Spanish, I asked to confirm that the lovely looking croissant was GF and was told that no, it was gluten-filled, and all they had that was GF was some bread.
