Review of Senza Gluten Free Bakery

I had a really hard time finding safe food in Las Vegas, so it was such a treat to walk in and know everything would be OK. They were really friendly and explained how things were marked/labeled (they are a dedicated facility with no gluten on the premises, dairy-free items are on black trays, they can explain for other allergies). I got a quiche, two cheese bread rolls (one regular, one green chile), a cinnamon roll, a smores bar and a crack bar. The crack bar was incredible. I wish I'd gotten more of them. The cheese bread rolls and quiche were good, and I was so grateful to have savory options. The cinnamon roll and smores bar were a little dry (as is often the case with GF baked goods) and I think would benefit from heating in the microwave for a few seconds. We didn't have a microwave at our hotel so I brought them home with me. I'll have them now but they're 2 days old so I figured it wouldn't be fair to include those in my review. This place is 15-20 mins from the Strip, but I plan to go whenever I visit Las Vegas. Totally worth it.
