Cannot say enough good things about Carmela and her AMAZING gluten-free offerings. Her rugelach is off the charts. Unlike so many gf baked goods, hers are actually moist and not dry or crumbly. The scones are incredible. Everything she makes is wonderful.

Not a brick & mortar location, but you can find Carmela at farmers’ markets in the Hudson Valley, NY area. I tried the eggplant rollatini & garlic/chive biscuit. Omg!! SOO good. I will definitely be back to try more things. I have celiac & had no problem.
