Review of SEOULSPICE

Fantastic dedicated gluten free Korean version of Chipotle. You walk through and pick what you want and they build your meal! You start with picking your bases (white or purple rice, japchae (sweet potato glass noodles), salad, or seaweed wrapped burrito). Then you pick your protein, veggies, sauces, and toppings. I had the spicy pork japchae bowl and it was so delicious. I would definitely get again when in DC. It’s a small DC chain so there are other locations too that are all dedicated GF! Seating was a bit odd at this location though - you sit on bleacher style seats.
