We ordered the prix fixe menu from which there were 4 courses with 4 choices each. Each course had gf choices or choices that could easily be made gf. The server was very aware of Celiac needs and was careful to point out which choices could not be made gf. She was careful to check with the kitchen when she needed to. The food was as great as we were hoping it would be. The service was attentive without being obtrusive, the food was excellent, and the experience was memorable. Plus, it was our first Michelin star restaurant.

My friends brought me here for my 50th bday, and they called to verify had GF items. They called several times and were told, it's doable and not a problem. One of them is celiac, I am just NCGF. But the menu was pre-fixe and they only had 1 option from 1st section (soup), nothing from 2nd section (had to go w/ 1st section beef tartare w/o bread), then only option from 3rd section was Sirloin, and then only dessert option was sorbet. I was very disappointed that the menu had so many GF items, or that they couldn't make some other substitutions instead. 3 of 4 dishes were very good, but am not a fan of tartare. For a high end meal as this, the staff/chef should have GF options already planned, b/c this isn't an uncommon thing. Besides, what if I was vegetarian as well? What if I cannot eat seafood? I've had better experience with way more options at other high end spots. I think they need to give food allergies more attention when planning menus and when folks call ahead to make sure their bday celebration can be accommodated.

Not a GF menu but you can easily tell what is and isn’t GF. The only items I couldn’t have were the pasta/ravioli dishes. A shame that such a high end restaurant doesn’t provide GF bread but I had the lamb rack and really enjoyed it. The servers said they may be getting GF bread soon. Overall positive experience.
