I called and asked if the restaurant had gluten free items. The Hostess stated yes. I asked if the chips were gluten free, she stated yes, I asked if the chips had a dedicated fryer, she stated yes. It was a Sat around 12:30pm when we arrived. The waiter was friendly and seemed new. I explained I was celiac and asked if the Mini Flaute were fried in a gluten free fryer or if it was a shared fryer. I inquired again if the chips were gluten free and fried in a seperate fryer. He went to vwrify with the cook. Came back and stated yes all were gluten free and fried in a seperate GF fryer. 2-3 hours later I was sick. I called a couple of days later and requested to speak to a manager. The Manager stated that the fryer is gluten free most of the time until they fry Party Platters in it. Most of the time, the Party platters are cooked on the werkends and that would not be a good time to get chips or minii flautas. Best is to ask for a manager when you come in to verify information. She appologized.

Kitchen staff is extremely knowledgeable, wait staff is knowledgeable or good about asking questions when they don't know. I order tacos, nachos, fajitas, chicken breast with rice and beans regularly as I eat here a couple times/month. I have never been glutened here.
