I risked it and had a pizza. Easily the best gluten free pizza I have ever had... And I have tried a lot.
I was nervous so I asked questions. They said that the health department approved them to cook on the same set face because of the 1000 degree oven. They even offered up quotes from a regular celiac customer.
All I know was I was contaminated... it was a sad day. I was so hopeful.
They use caputos flour blend (you can order it online). For anyone who wants to know.
