I am not sure about cross contamination, and did not ask for a GF menu. Ordered a ribeye with blue cheese crumbles, garlic mashed potatoes, and sauteed veggies (green beans, carrots, onions, and yellow squash). Also had a cranberry gin fizz drink. Everything was delicious, and I did not get sick. Great service and great mountain views.
