When I tasted my pasta, it tasted just like the best gluten-free pasta I had in Italy. I asked the waitress and she confirmed that they import their gluten-free pasta from Italy! It was absolutely AMAZING with the perfect texture. Also had an incredible gluten-free cake for dessert! Menu is not labeled, but the wait staff are very helpful and knowledgeable!
