This restaurant doesn't appear to be there anymore (or it has rebranded). We went in to the hot pot restaurant currently there but the waiter did not understand any of my questions about gluten, even with the translator app (his first language was Chinese). He eventually said there was no wheat in any of the ingredients but then said they used soy sauce. He was not able to answer if their was soy sauce in the base of the broth. I don't know if it was just a language barrier issue but I felt uncomfortable eating there and we left.
