Waiter informed me that all broths and noodles are not gluten free. Option to eat here is to have hot water and use sauces available on the buffet line to season it. Waiter informed me that all sauces except for the ponzu and Asian chili garlic were gluten free. This made a watery soup so I just used the water to boil the veggies and meat. Not great, but fine with a bit of salt.
