Review of Shade

Shades had an extensive gluten free menu. It included many pizzas, subs, sandwiches, salads and appetizers. I ordered a bayou burger, it was delicious. The buffalo appetizer was great, it included lots of gf bread for dipping. Portions were generous. The buns/bread are from Gluten free you and me and are soft and make a great sandwich. I'm very sensitive and had no reaction. The staff is very careful.
