Staff was not very familiar with gluten free. No dedicated cooking surface - buns are cooked on same surface as the meat so the staff warned me there was a high likelihood for cross contamination. Also was told not to put any sauces on the meat to stay gf.

The staff is very knowledgeable and can point out gluten free options. The owner has had his rubs and sauces tested to ensure they are gluten free. Friendly and awesome service. Out of this world beef brisket and ranch potato salad!!!!!
