Shaka sushi is incredible. They have an entire extensive gluten free menu with so many options. I normally have to get super basic rolls at sushi places, but here I was able to get the signature rolls with just a couple tweaks. Sooooo delicious!!

This is my go to GF restaurant in the area. They have GF soy and are careful about cross contamination, plus the food is constantly delicious.

The waiter was wonderful! He said anything on the menu could be made gluten free so just ask and he would make it happen. I had a noodle bowl and it was delicious and I had no reaction. We used rice based vermicelli and it was really good. The bad part was the cost. Holy cow. It was a get what you pay for sort of thing--the quality was great but $150 was a lot for what we had. They also add a 20 percent gratuity on all orders.

Amazing dining experience! Our server Dennis was extremely knowledgeable and walked us through the menu. Most rolls are or can be made gluten free. They have a special area in the kitchen and use a designated cutting board for that. Even their fried rice is GF. Highly recommended!

I ordered shrimp fried rice and a California roll. No issues and the food was great!

Very nice place, very accommodating and they were really careful with my daughter’s order. She loved fried rice so she was more than happy they could make it GF.

The best sushi I've had since I've had the gluten allergy. They can modify any of the sushi rolls, gf soy sauce, gf fried rice, and noodle bowls. Will definitely be back. I did not get sick eating here.
