The staff was very knowledgeable as to how to prepare a gluten-free burger. You can order any burger on the menu and they will prepare it with a gluten-free bun. When you specify allergy and not preference, the person taking the order notifies a staff member in the kitchen who will change gloves, go to a separate part of the kitchen, use fresh ingredients , prepare the gluten-free burger and then deliver it personally to the person ordering it.
