Person taking order marked gluten allergy on each item ordered and also gave verbal direction to the kitchen. She said that staff would change their gloves. Food came out with gluten free stickers. GF buns are decent.

Avoid fries but chocolate, vanilla, and strawberry shakes ok.

I got a breakfast sandwich on a gf bun (which was only $1 upcharge!) and it was delicious. I had no reaction at all- but I don’t often react to trace amounts so I’m not sure if there was any or not. But if there was any cross contamination, it wasn’t enough to bug me. Eat at your own risk, but it was very tasty and convenient location (right after the security checkpoint) and I’ll be going back! Not many gf breakfast options in that airport.

They had a gluten free bun and asked if it was allergy or preference so they could take precautions. I had a breakfast sandwich at the airport it was really yummy.

We ordered the gf burgers and fries. Staff assured us the fryer was also gluten free and marked our order as allergy. Unfortunately the food was NOT celiac safe. My family was VERY sick from gluten exposure.

No GF bun available, burgers are served in lettuce wrap. That’s mainly the reason for 4 stars. Other than that had no issues whatsoever, was one of the least messy lettuce wraps I’ve ever had, in fact.

30 minutes to make my lettuce wrap and another burger. I ordered a double patty, they only gave me one. Won’t go here again.

I’m celiac and I’ve eaten here several times without problems. You can get burgers as lettuce wraps. There has always been at least one staff member who knows what to do, but a couple of times I’ve had to really emphasize. I’d recommend asking for the manager to make sure you get one of the people who know what they’re doing. Will continue to eat here

Shake Shack has a gluten free bun, their burger is good for fast food. This location did not bring my gluten free burger n bun separately on a different tray as to avoid cross contamination. Other locations I have visited have put my burger on a separate tray or bag to prevent cross contamination. I did advise person taking my order that I need to be gluten free. Ask them to put celiac/allergy into the order when placed. Burger was good but concerned about possible contamination.

Sensative Celiac, ordered GF bun,with other non-GF family order. Mine wasn't marked, but was figured out. Next day, No problems & I also had their fries.
