Review of Shake Shack

Super unsafe. I explained I have celiac and that I needed a gf bun. Asked for f sauce was gf; they kindly asked their colleague. Despite request for safe handling, burger was made in same area as other burgers, gloves were not changed. I was with three others. All four burgers were on same plate and it was impossible to tell what the gf burger was. I did not eat.
