It is so cool I was so excited when I found out they can do Celiac Safe burgers. They can’t do fries but the burger makes up for it. They have tablets that you order on. There is a option to tell your tablet your gluten allergy and it tells you what’s gluten free and what is not. You can’t pay unless a manger has come out to you and make sure he understands.

Shake Shack has a gluten free bun, their burger is good for fast food. This location did not bring my gluten free burger n bun separately on a different tray as to avoid cross contamination. Other locations I have visited have put my burger on a separate tray or bag to prevent cross contamination. I did advise person taking my order that I need to be gluten free. Ask them to put celiac/allergy into the order when placed. Burger was good but concerned about possible contamination.
