I ordered the Shack burger in a lettuce wrap and had them mark the order for a gluten allergy—did this twice in the span of a long weekend. Delicious! LaGuardia has very few GF options at the airport restaurants & bars.

Def don’t have buns. It’s lettuce wrapped. Dry burger but fries were decent

Nima approved to being less than 20ppm. My husband ordered a burger with a lettuce bun and cheese, no GF bun. It passed and was delicious! My gosh, 6 years without a fast food burger. This is especially yummy after 48 hours of GF snacks after many Nima tries on other establishments! Happy customer
